Cancellation Policy
Hello! Please remain in your car when you arrive . Same day cancellations are charged 50% of their service as well as no call no shows before being able to book again . After 15 minutes there is a late fee or cancellation without refund . Location is at the end of east 31st St. You can park on the left side of the street or behind the burgundy building in the back of that lot across the street . We are On the left at the double white French doors. Upon arrival, please call or text at 804-402-7120. Please DO NOT KNOCK ON DOOR it remains locked, thank you. NO CALL NO SHOWS MUST PAY FOR MISSED SERVICE BEFORE RESCHEDULING ! Deposit is only returned if cancellation is made stylist.
